Sault Ste. Marie is off of the beaten track, which is why it is so appealing for wilderness adventure. It can be reached in several different ways.

  • Flights: Sault Ste. Marie is serviced by both Air Canada and Porter Airlines, with daily flights from Toronto's two airports (Sault Ste. Marie airport code - YAM - check airline departure location). WestJet, and most US airlines, fly into Toronto on a regular basis. WestJet also services Sudbury, which is a 3.5 hour drive to Sault Ste. Marie.
  • Driving time from Sault Ste Marie, MI (USA): Approx. 15 minutes (note that there are flights to Sault Ste. Marie, MI - Airport code CIU)
  • Driving time from:
    • Toronto, ON – Approx. 7 hours
    • Montreal, PQ – Approx. 10 hours
